DURA-TOP™ HEAVY TRAFFIC CONCRETE RESURFACER
H&C™ DURA-TOP™ SINGLE COMPONENT HEAVY TRAFFIC CONCRETE RESURFACER has excellent adhesion and is cooler than regular concrete. This product resists mildew and is skid resistant. The heavy-traffic resurfacer is freeze/thaw resistant. This low-maintenance, abrasion resistant polymer allows for multiple overcoat options, like any of H&C’s stains or sealers. Apply with a hopper gun for a knockdown appearance, or pour on and trowel down for a smooth finish.

Coverage & Drying Time
Coverage:
- One 50 lb. (22.7 kg) bag will cover up to 150 sq. ft. (13.9 sq m2) in a splatter or knockdown finish.
- Coverage depends upon texture finish desired.
- Texture will require a minimum of 4hrs before topcoating.
- If temperatures are bellow 70°F (21°C) the textured surface will require a minimum of 24 hours drying before application of any topcoat.
