H&C® DURA-TOP™ Fine Texture Concrete Resurfacer is a cementitious topping for both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. H&C® DURA-TOP™ Fine Texture Concrete Resurfacer may be applied by compressed air spray equipment (commonly a hopper gun), by trowel, or by squeegee. Restoration, repair, resurfacing, architectural accenting, and surface protection of existing concrete are all realized through H&C® DURA-TOP™ Fine Texture Concrete Resurfacer. H&C® DURA-TOP™ Fine Texture Concrete Resurfacer is packaged as a white cement mix designed to accept Color Packs to achieve 1 of 30 available colors.

Coverage & Drying Time
*Coverage:
- One 50 lb. bag of H&C DURA-TOP Concrete Resurfacer Fine Texture will cover 180-200 sq./coat- approx. 1/16” – 1/32”.
- Do not exceed 1/8” per replacement. Two coats may be required on rough or pitted surfaces.
*Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and texture of the concrete.
- Texture will require a minimum of 4hrs before topcoating.
- If temperatures are bellow 70°F (21°C) the textured surface will require a minimum of 24 hours drying before application of any topcoat.
- A sufficiently dried texture system will not leave a thumbnail impression in the surface.
