H&C™ WATER-BASED 2-PART POLYURETHANE CLEAR COAT is designed for use on interior concrete floor applications that demand a tough, durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.
NOTE: This is a catalyzed product. 2-Part Polyurethane Clear Coat Part A (Clear) and Part B (Hardener) must be mixed prior to use.

Recommended Uses
H&C® 2-Part Polyurethane Water-Based Clear Coat can be used over most commercial and industrial concrete and masonry surfaces requiring a durable Satin or Gloss finish. It is also an ideal topcoat for the H&C® Metallic Flooring System, H&C® DURA-TOP™ decorative concrete overlays and H&C® INFUSION™ decorative concrete color treatments, such as Acetone Dye, Acid Stain and Semi-Transparent Stain.

Coverage & Drying Time
*Coverage:
- 250-400 sq ft/gal (4-6 wet mils)
- 130-200 sq ft/gal (8-12 wet mils)
Drying Time @ 72°F, 50% RH:
- Touch: 4-6 hours
- Recoat: 2 hours
- Light foot traffic: 24 hours
- Heavy foot traffic: 48-72 hours
- Full cure: 7 days
